About us

Our story started many years ago as young kids fishing with our fathers in the local Rhode Island waters. That was when our passion for fishing began! We have both spent countless hours on the rocks and on boats spinning in Narragansett Bay and out in the Atlantic, hoping for that one big Striped Bass. We were using generic bucktail lures, and one day we said to each other, "Why don't we tie our own?!" We created our social accounts, and over time, we gradually improved the quality of our lures and, of course, tested out the performance of the bucktail over time. We think our bucktail lures are the best choice for a versatile baitfish-type lure that the fish react to, and most importantly, get the job done!
